Delivery Policy

Collection from our showroom

Most clients collect their jewellery from us at 20 Hatton Garden, Holborn, London EC1N 8BA. Collection is free, and it gives us the chance to check the fit and finish with you, adjust a ring size on the spot and hand over the certificate and valuation in person. We will contact you as soon as your piece is ready.

UK delivery

If you prefer delivery, we send jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or an insured courier. Every parcel is fully insured until it is signed for, tracked, and sent in discreet packaging. Dispatch takes place once your piece is finished and payment has cleared; delivery is normally the next working day after dispatch. We confirm the delivery charge with you before dispatch – it depends on the value of the piece and the insurance required.

International delivery

We can deliver outside the United Kingdom by insured courier on request. Please contact us for a quotation. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Timescales

Ready-made pieces are usually dispatched within 2–3 working days. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces take three to six weeks from approved design; we give you an expected completion date when we confirm your order and keep you informed of progress.

Receiving your parcel

A signature is required on delivery. Please check the parcel before signing and let us know within 48 hours if the packaging is damaged. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we will replace the item or refund you in full – you are never out of pocket for a delivery problem.
